Student registration:

Group rate registration:
A group rate of a minimum of 10 people is available. If you are interested in purchasing a group rate, please contact the registration team directly on registration@isstdrlondon2009.com. Please note members of the group must all work at the same institution and payment will need to be made for all members of the group at the same time.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance to the Congress Secretariat by one of the following methods:

MasterCard/Visa/Amex.  Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged in pounds sterling at the actual exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be accepted.

Confirmation and Further Instructions

Confirmation of registration will be sent by email to delegates whose payment has been received.  In addition, further instructions will be sent out in May, by email, to assist you with your visit to London. Therefore please ensure you submit your email address when registering. This information will also be available on this website.

Cancellation

Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Congress Organisers, registration@isstdrlondon2009.com. Cancellations on or before 26th March 2009 will receive a full refund. Cancellations before 1st May 2009 will receive a full refund less a 20% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date but substitutions may be made at any time. Please send an email to registration@isstdrlondon2009.com notifying us of any name change.

Insurance

The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions.  Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.

Social Events

The Opening Ceremony/Welcome Reception and the Closing Ceremony are included in the full delegate registration fee. However, please ensure that you confirm your attendance for these events on the registration form, in order to guarantee your place. 

Both delegates and accompanying persons may purchase tickets for the Congress Dinner/Dance and accompanying persons for optional tours. The accompanying persons also have a London sightseeing tour included in the registration fee. Please note that participation at any of these events will be on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
